The generator displays its power output, the frequency is set, and the temperature is right. Yet cleaning results still fluctuate. The reason: None of these values shows what actually reaches the bath as cavitation.
The ultrasonic effect depends on many factors, such as the cleaning medium, degassing, load, and transducer wear. A gradual decline in performance often goes unnoticed until cleaning results begin to fluctuate.
Even common testing methods are of limited help:

How to measure with APM-Go! in the Ecoclean App
Measuring, documenting, and analyzing all take place in the Ecoclean App. The app is available free of charge for iOS, Android, and desktop. To take measurements, you need the APM-Go! hardware.
- Set up the system: Add your system in the app. This also works for systems from other manufacturers, with full functionality.
- Position the sensor: by hand, with a suction cup, an articulated arm, or a magnetic mount. This takes less than a minute, and no modifications to the system are necessary.
- Start the measurement: The app connects to APM-Go! via Bluetooth. The device records frequency and intensity for 30 seconds.
- View the results: The spectrum, APM value, and process parameters are displayed directly in the app.
- Compare with the reference: Each measurement is compared to the reference measurement. The app marks deviations as critical.
The result: reproducible measurements and complete, audit-ready documentation in the app. You can also use the same app to reach Ecoclean Service—for service requests, replacement parts, or maintenance.
One measuring device for every ultrasonic system
APM-Go! is manufacturer-independent and works on open immersion systems as well as closed chamber systems, on UCM and Ecoclean systems as well as systems from other manufacturers.
Handheld measurement: APM-Go! is as light as a smartphone, so it serves as a mobile diagnostic tool.
Single-tank chamber system: For measurement, APM-Go! is secured to the system using a magnetic mount or articulated arm and then removed again. The mount ensures a defined, repeatable measurement position—the basis for reproducible results.
Multi-tank immersion system: Each bath is measured individually and compared to its own reference, as values can vary from bath to bath—for example, due to different frequencies. This shows you which bath deviates from its target state before cleaning quality suffers.
