Need more than clean? Meet our High Purity Test Center, featuring a cleanroom for parts cleaning with highest demands.
For ultra-high-purity applications, our High Purity Test Center in Dettingen (Germany) provides cleanroom-based cleaning trials.
It features:
- A white room for medium to high cleanliness requirements and pre-cleaning
- A validated ISO 7 cleanroom for ultra-high-purity cleaning, including Grade 1 and Grade 2
Available technologies include multi-stage ultrasonic cleaning, Ultrasound Plus, PPC, IFW, spraying, adjustable part movements, and optional passivation. Drying options include hot air, vacuum, and infrared. The center also provides RO, DI, and UPW water and cleanliness verification via microscopy and UV inspections. Packaging according to cleanliness requirements is available.
